Our Mission
Pennsylvania CareerLink-Chester County has been established to provide high-quality, value-added services to our customers, employers and job seekers, so we can meet the needs of these customers, exceed their expectations, and achieve our organizational outcomes, both as set for us by funding sources, the Chester County Workforce Development Board, and defined by our own Measures of Success.
